Posting Artworks

I am often asked how my artworks are posted and what the costs are for freight nationally or internationally.

I use a company based in Australia called “Pack and Send” ( Albion). They are wonderful. And as an added benefit, their Manager Keiryn is an artist so he is fabulous with handling all artworks with the due care they deserve.

Original paintings are usually on a stretched canvas, of varying sizes. These are packed professionally by Pack and Send and posted by road or plane to their destination with tracking details which I forward to you as the purchaser. Freight costs vary depending on the size of the canvas and the destination. If you are interested in knowing exactly what the postage cost will be, the easiest option is for me to take a canvas of the same size and obtain an exact quote for freight to your door. This estimate includes:

• Professional packing for safe transit

• International documentation

• An estimated transit time of 5-10 Business Days (allowing for customs clearance)

• Proactive track and trace

• Customs clearance process only (Excluding payment of any applicable duties and taxes)

• Delivery to the door

• Proof of delivery

• Warranty - cover for loss or damage

Due to the current world changes there maybe additional restrictions or delays with air services.

Please be aware that there may be price variations if additional packaging is required or if the actual weight or dimensions differ from what you have provided. Also, international shipments may be subject to customs duty, taxes and government charges in the receiving country.

Payment of the freight costs are then added to the website and payment can be made via Stripe which will then be inclusive of both art work and postage. Works are usually sent within 1-2 days and postage is generally 5-10 days depending on the destination. If you are purchasing a limited edition print, these are professionally packed in a cardboard roll for postage.

• Postage rolled print on paper / 110 x 110 cm / Victoria. $115.00 AUD
